Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit: Maximum 32 years (as of 01/05/2025)

Educational Qualification: 4-year full-time B.E/B.Tech in Electronics & Communication, Electronics, Telecommunication, Communication, Electronics & Telecommunication, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Instrumentation, or Instrumentation

Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant post-qualification experience

Nationality: Indian Citizen

Salary Structure

1st Year: ₹40,000 per month

2nd Year: ₹45,000 per month

3rd Year: ₹50,000 per month

4th Year: ₹55,000 per month

Additional Benefits: House Rent Allowance, Dearness Allowance, Medical Benefits, Retention Bonus

Selection Process

Written Test

Candidates will be shortlisted based on written examination (85% weightage)

Interview

Shortlisted candidates will be called for interview (15% weightage)

Final Merit List

Selection will be based on combined performance in written test and interview
